Time and Delivery

Upon completing the purchase, you will receive a purchase confirmation. The purchased item will be dispatched within 2 business days after receiving the payment. We work to serve each customer individually, so we will definitely contact you to coordinate any changes in delivery days if they arise.

Order Fulfillment

Order delivery is provided by the DPD delivery service.

The delivery time of goods may be influenced by the type of delivery and address, as well as the working hours of the respective delivery service responsible for delivering the ordered goods. You can find more details about the terms and delivery times on the DPD website.

The order is delivered to the person specified as the recipient in the order, to the specified delivery address.

In the event that the item is not delivered due to the fault of the supplier, we will compensate you for the value of the goods and delivery after receiving a confirmation of loss from the supplier.

When notifying you of the shipment of the item, we will send you a tracking code that will allow you to track the shipment and delivery time.
